Here is a list of things to help you
get your home ready for its tour:
With over 90% of buyers searching for homes online, your home’s “first showing” takes place on the web. With your help, we can take those buyers on a tour of your home with as less distractions as possible. We ask that your home be 100% open house ready with all lights on when our professional photographer arrives to photograph your home. It is also easier to have everyone on a separate floor or outside so that the camera does not catch anybody in doorways or mirrors since we are constantly moving from room to room. Please do not turn lights off till entire tour is complete. This will all help speed our process at your home and keep on schedule
The real estate market is still on fire! This has a lot of potential sellers asking themselves if listing their home with a real estate agent is necessary or not, especially when homes are selling so fast.
